The mackerel (Scomber scombrus) is a species of fish also widespread in the waters of our sea. It has an elongated and tapered body, with a pointed mouth and large eyes. It has 2 dorsal fins and the tail is strongly bilobed, its flesh is compact and tasty. After selecting the best specimens and going through the cooking process, the mackerel fillets are prepared and packaged using the traditional techniques of the Amalfi Coast.
